Hey TJ Jesus Man- La Ceiba Week Twenty Six

I'm not even sure what happened this week so much stuff was happening and I'm just here for the ride ngl

We gave like 8 Priesthood blessings this week which was crazy because I've given like 1 the whole rest of my mission. I also gave 2 of the actual blessings and for all those spanish learners out thereπŸ™ƒ switching to "Tu" form after learning "Usted" is just impossible but aye the blessings still count I thinkπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Elder Shanklin and other Elders and members

One of them we gave, the dude had just gotten in a motorcycle crash and he showed us a video of his whole leg open basically but we gave the blessing to him and now we are having a ward activity at his house and last time we stopped by he had bought us socks as a present so honestly dope family

SERGIOO

So this kid named Sergio is 10 but we have the same birthday and are lowkey tight rn. He gave me some putty the last time I went over and we talked about Minecraft and Spiderman. Dudes really into venom and hopefully he wants to get baptized but rn he has alot of my respect cause most kids are just like sure I'll get baptized but he like questions everything and wants to understand so dope dude

Elder Shanklin having some fun

BEEFπŸ–

I lowkey love my district rn but there's been alot of tension between companionship which has been rough, district counsils are just people lowky insulting each other and it's kinda brutal sometimes haha but we surviving so far and transfer in 2 weeks so I think we can make it

The elders were enjoying a dinner

Besides that something I've thought alot about this week was a talk I listened to called "Waiting On The Road To Damascus" it's really good and my bible knowledge isn't the best but I like the idea of how sometimes we wait in our lives to recieve some miracle or "to see a light" as to testify of Jesus Christ instead of wanting to work for it. Being a disciple of Jesus Christ isn't something passive it's a step by step process.

streets of La Ceiba

That's all I got this week

OH and smth random we lowkey helping this 15 year old youth out by taking him on visits to see his crush, we gonna make it so he baptizes her #chapter14 😎😎
